Pérard comprises two self contained fully equipped gîtes, that can each accommodate 4 guests.
Each gîte is open-plan downstairs with a sitting/dining/kitchen area equipped with a TV, video, gas
cooker, fridge and washing machine.
Upstairs is a bathroom, a double and a twin room.
The terraced pool is overlooked
by a magnificent pigeonnier and entered by Roman steps.
The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens all with stunning views.
