A wonderfully restored stone farmhouse with a beautiful swimming pool set in tranquil gardens, with incredible views
across the surrounding countryside within 6 kilometres of the pretty village of Caylus and only 15 kilometres
from Saint Antonin Noble Val. Pérard is located close to the wine regions of Cahors and
Gaillac. It is also within easy reach of the beautiful towns of Cordes sur Ciel, St Cirq Lapopie and Albi.
It's location combines the
benefits of a local community with a real sense of rural tranquillity.
Pérard comprises of two self contained fully equipped gîtes, that can each accommodate 4 guests.
Each gîte is open-plan downstairs with a sitting/dining/kitchen area equipped with TV,
DVD, Radio & CD player, gas
cooker, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster
and microwave. Essentials like washing up liquids and sponges are also
supplied along with an iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided except
for swimming pool towels. Wifi internet
connection is available in both gîtes Gîte 1 Gîte 2 Upstairs is a bathroom/Shower, a double and a twin room.
The terraced pool is overlooked
by a magnificent pigeonnier and entered by Roman steps.
The property is surrounded by natural beautiful gardens all with stunning views.
